The broad scope of this project means that the partner organisations really have their work cut out for them. Nevertheless, the combined experience of this partnership in working on European Projects, both individually and collectively, will ultimately lead to a successful outcome.
Our goal is to develop a number of successful tools for the development and implementation of a feasible Interagency Network focused on Quality in seven different locations across Europe, flexible enough to be adapted to each respective context. These tools include the interagency model, the quality label, a toolkit, master training and training, and a social impact evaluation designed to measure the value of interagency working. To devise these tools and share the results we shall be hosting transnational partner meetings and local events and seminars, including a final conference, across the seven locations.
The Project will span 26 months across its lifetime and we have proposed the following workplan:
